Biography
Dr Alex Fois is a neurologist and subspecialist in movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, tremor and dystonia. He received his medical degree from Oxford University and completed postgraduate training in Cambridge and Sydney (RPA, St Vincent’s and Westmead Hospitals). He completed the Movement Disorders Fellowship at Westmead and is PhD Research Fellow funded by a Brain Foundation grant and NHMRC Postgraduate Scholarship for his research into tremor. His clinical interests include movement disorders, the treatment of neurological conditions (including dystonia and migraine) with botulinum toxin, and using telehealth to extend the reach of neurological care in Australia.
