Biography

Dr Alison Zhang (MBBS, FRACP, PhD, MMed) is a Genitourinary Medical Oncologist and treats prostate, bladder/urothelial, kidney, penile and testicular cancers. She is the bladder/urothelial cancer lead and sees patients at Macquarie University Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. In addition to her clinical practice, she has a strong research interest and is the principal/sub-investigator in over 80 clinical trials with research published in distinguished journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet and Journal of Clinical Oncology. She is also a senior research fellow at the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre and is heavily involved in design, management and analysis of trials.
