Dr Christopher Hunt

Biography

Christopher is the Clinic Director at the Macquarie University Psychology Clinic. His areas of interest include gambling, masculinity and gender roles, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. He completed his PhD in 2013 at the University of Sydney and spent time studying and working in research in Italy, at the University of Padua and the University of Trieste. Christopher has a passion for using psychological research and clinical work to educate general audiences and to make changes at policy levels. His work as both a clinical and research supervisor has led to a keen interest in the education of the next generation of psychologists and how we can work as a profession to enact social change.
