Biography
Dr Foo graduated from the University of WA with honours and completed advanced Cardiology training in Fremantle Hospital. She then undertook interventional Cardiology Fellowships in the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute, Canada and the Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Scotland. Dr Foo performs coronary angiography, angioplasty, stents and uses fractional flow reserve in guiding management. She actively promotes women and heart disease, giving regular presentations and writing numerous articles on the subject. She has a strong interest in sports cardiology. Dr Foo also has interests in preoperative cardiac assessment of patients prior to non-cardiac surgery.
