Biography

A/Prof Hussain is a specialist Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon with primary interests in cosmetic surgery, facial and breast surgery, microsurgery and skin cancer surgery. After obtaining MBBS from UNSW he undertook ten years of training in surgery. A/Prof Hussain subsequently spent one year in Toronto, Canada to undertake further advanced training in facial paralysis surgery, cosmetic surgery and microsurgery. He is widely considered by peers as one of Australia's leading experts on facial reanimation surgery and is the current President of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons
