Biography
Prof Eyers has been a Visiting Medical Officer (Colorectal Surgery) at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for more than 25 years and is the Professor of Ethics at the Australian School of Advanced Medicine, Macquarie University. In addition to his provision of excellence in clinical care, special interests include bioethics, computing in medicine, and contributing to health care delivery projects from Local to Federal level. He is the College’s representative to the NSW Medical Council and chairs the ethics sub-committee of the Sydney South West Area Health Service.
