At MQ Health, many of our patients require assistance with translation services.
Organising interpreters is a standard part of our admissions routine. We can organise support in your language when you need it.
During the admissions process, you can indicate on the form that you need an interpreter.

Campus Life manages three high-quality early learning centres on the grounds of Macquarie University. Banksia, Gumnut and Waratah Cottages are open Monday to Friday 7:30am – 6:30pm for 50 weeks per year, closing for two weeks in late December/early January.
Our programs are child focused, play based and reflective of current research and the Early Years Learning Framework. Each child's learning is facilitated, guided, and extended by our experienced team of educators.
The indoor and outdoor environments are considered equally important in provision of learning opportunities for children. Sustainability, inclusion, and diversity are embedded in our practices and policies.

For people with complex health needs, companion animals can visit under exceptional circumstances and only with prior approval from the hospital.
We approve companion animal visits on a case-by-case basis. There are many factors to consider when an animal visits someone in hospital, including how long the animal can stay, who will be responsible for the animal, and the hygiene and the health and safety of staff and patients.
If you or a family member would like to bring a companion animal, the first step is to phone the hospital.
Please ensure you discuss your companion animal with the hospital and not just your treating doctor.
